The site is a dedicated research site. There is no affiliation to any SMO. Dr Muhammed Fulat is a full time Principal Investigator and is assisted by sub investigators at site when required. Regulatory submissions and feasibilities are done on a maximum of 48 hours turn around.

The dedicated team of Community field workers add tremendous value to recruitment. Having dedicated drivers ensure there are no lost to follow ups and is for the ease and comfort of our frailer patients. The CTC, with its external site consultancy, has an accumulated experience in the conduct and management of clinical trials of well over 3 decades. The site thrives on continuous cooperation from colleagues, excellent quality of work, high ethical standards, maintaining a good relationship with CROs / Sponsors alike.

Clinical Trial Systems (Pty) Ltd ‘CTS’, the Institution, acts on behalf of both the site dealing with all training, negotiations with Sponsors, ensuring of the high standard of quality expected from experienced site staff and all day to day matters. CTS also provides GCP Training, SCC Training, Site assistance when required by Sponsor/CROs

Sufficient storage space provided to comply with GCP guidelines
Separate Pharmacy for drug storage (electronically temperature controlled [CTMS]
Lock-up facilities for trial medication and IP
Fridge complying with all regulations, including vaccines
Sufficient office space for monitoring and audits
On site ECG, spirometer, refrigerated centrifuge, standard fridges and a -45 degree fridge
Speciality technicians for heart sonars, spirometry affiliated to the site and come on appointment
